Missing a Deadline

If, for whatever reason, a deadline is missed, then it is up to you to email Student Services (support@learna.ac.uk) within 7 days of the submission deadline (please see LATE-SUBMISSIONS-POLICY (3).pdf).

Submissions made within 7 days of the deadline passing are permitted, however, the grade for this component will be capped at the base pass rate unless evidence is provided (please see attached MITIGATING-CIRCUMSTANCES-POLICY- AND-PROCEDURE (1) (1).pdf).

If you are able to send evidence of your circumstances directly to us and complete the form (please download the attached MITIGATING-CIRCUMSTANCES-CLAIM-FORM (3).pdf) then we will put forward a case to lift the cap.  If granted, the full grade may be awarded.  

If you require time beyond 7 days, further evidence must be provided.  

Resits

Students who do not pass a module will be automatically invited to resit at the next available opportunity.  The resit will be free of charge (providing all other modules were passed), however, the grade for that module is capped at the base pass rate.
