It is imperative that you enrol with the University within the first module of your course so you can access the University library and graduate.

Please note: The USW enrolment process is not supported using Google Chrome.  Due to this, please use an alternative browser, such as Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer

If you have any difficulty accessing the University of South Wales website to enrol, please make an attempt to change your password using the following link: (https://ssaa.southwales.ac.uk/appmenu/).  The password must be 12 characters long with higher case, lower case, numbers and a character, for example Summertime456!.  Once you have created a password please keep this safe you will need it later.

The enrolment process can be completed by following the steps below:

Step 1: Visit the USW 'Getting Started' page and select the option to enrol https://gssaa.southwales.ac.uk/gs/

Step 2: Your eight-digit student ID Number (e.g. 12345678) is your 'Username'. Input your date of birth, then use the password you have just set up.

Step 3: Follow the onscreen enrolment instructions provided.

Failing this, or if you get an error message, please contact the University Enrolment team directly who will talk you through any issues that you may have (see below):

Contact Glyntaff Enrolment Team on +44 (0) 1443 483 348 press 1 for the English Language and 1 again to reach the enrolment staff
